A new trend has grabbed tea drinkers, and it is going a bit beyond herbal teas. Alcohol free bars have popped up in some places that offer natural drinks, including Kava. It’s a sedative, hysteria reliever, mood controller and considered by some to be a perilous drug.

In June, 1996, a salt lake county man was stopped by local officials fro drinking under the influence. His only drug? Kava. It is now advised that driving or operating heavy machinery while using Kava be forbidden. Reputedly, it relaxes you simply that much.
